Liver Cancer and Viral Hepatitis: A national perspective on the growing burden in the U.S.

Liver cancer incidence and mortality are climbing in the United States despite the nation’s successes in addressing other cancers. During Liver Cancer Awareness Month we examine the contribution of viral hepatitis to the growing burden of liver cancer. Public health, clinical, and patient experts will provide us with information and strategies needed to partner across public health programs to address this growing threat.
