Isabel recently moved to Seattle, and is thrilled to be jumping into NVHR! After starting out supporting local health department efforts to implement overdose prevention and response activities, she headed to Phoenix, AZ where she co-led statewide syndemic planning, oversaw training and workforce development for HIV and hepatitis C programs, and fell even more in love with public health programming. In this role, Isabel will draw from her background developing and implementing initiatives, and from her excitement to find alignment and collaboration.
