In 2013 and 2014, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) issued a “B grade” recommending hepatitis B virus (HBV) screening for persons at high risk for infection and hepatitis C virus (HCV) screening for persons at risk for infection and one-time screening for adults born between 1945 and 1965, or baby boomers. Join us for this interactive session to learn more about implementation of the USPSTF hepatitis screening recommendations and what this means for viral hepatitis preventive services under the Affordable Care Act. Panelists will discuss successes to date, opportunities, and how you can get involved.
