The National Viral Hepatitis Roundtable is pleased to present a webinar to discuss the health effects of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection that occur outside the liver. Join us on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Eastern to learn more about these conditions known as extrahepatic manifestations (EHMs).

This presentation is part of the “Hepatitis C – It’s About More Than Liver Disease” project, which aims to increase awareness that HCV is a systemic health condition with health implications affecting a patient’s overall heath, not just the liver.

Learn more about how conditions such as kidney disease, depression, certain types of cancer, and diabetes are related to HCV infection. The webinar will feature clinician and patient perspectives to facilitate discussion about the importance of recognizing these conditions as part of HCV management and the implications for early HCV treatment.
