NVHR has launched a program to increase the number of people born 1945-1965 (baby boomers) tested for hepatitis C. This page will contain information for providers and patients and will highlight the work of our community partners.
This is a list of resources for training primary providers and other healthcare workers about the importance of HCV screening and linkage to care. We have also included information on implementing electronic medical record prompts to screen baby boomers.
