NVHR submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to its Draft Letter to Issuers in Federally-facilitated Marketplace. Our comments urge CMS to consider the inclusion of hepatitis C as a condition for examination for outliers of out-of-pocket costs and discriminatory cost-sharing language.
