living with hepatitis C. The Hepatitis C CareLine provides individualized sustained assistance to patients diagnosed with hepatitis C to help them resolve health care access and insurance issues. Details and examples of specific services offered can be found on their website. The Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program offers patients direct financial assistance to help them better afford their prescribed treatment and medications. Patient Advocate Foundation HIV, AIDS, & Prevention CareLine and Co-Pay Relief

The HIV, AIDS, & Prevention CareLine provides individualized, sustain assistance to patients diagnosed with HIV, AIDS, or those currently being treated with a medication to prevent HIV infection. CareLine Case Managers provide help to patients to resolve healthcare access and insurance
issues. The HIV, AIDS, & Prevention Co-Pay Relief program offers insured patients up to $5000 per year of direct financial assistance. Details and examples of specific services offered can be found on their website
